BY-LAW NO. 2993/89
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law,
1130/80 respecting Lots 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34,
35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 57, 58, 59, 60,
61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72,
73, 74, 75, 76, 83 and 84, Plan M-1189,
Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 of the Planning Act, 1983, SoO.
1980, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 1130/80 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
January, 1989.
