BY-LAW N0.2981 /88
Being a by-law to exempt Blocks 73 to 79, Plan
40M-1526, Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section
49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision des-
ignated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 49(5} of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
Blocks 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78 and 79, Plan 40M-1526, Pickering,
2. This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal-
ity of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of
December, 1988.
