THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW N0.2936 /88
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 85 to 88 and 90
to 91, Plan 40M-1526, Pickering, as public
highway. (Blue Ridge Crescent, Dellbrook Avenue
and Major Oaks Road reserves).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 85 to 88
and 90 to 91, Plan 40M-1526. Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

Blocks 85 and 91, Plan 40M-1526, Pickering, are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Blue Ridge Crescent reserves).
Blocks 86, 89 and 90, Plan 40M-1526, Pickering, are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Dellbrook Avenue).
Blocks 87 and 88, Plan 40M-1526, Pickering, are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Major Oaks Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of
October, 1988.
