BY-LAW NO.�q?n /88
Being a by-law to amend By-law 55/74 prohibiting
heavy traffic.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.302,
s.210.117, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-law
55/74 for prohibiting heavy traffic on the highways;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule 2 of By-law 55/74, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding
thereto the following item [ s]:
Highway From To
Glengrove Road Highway No. 2 Glenview Road
Glenview Road Highway No. 2 Glengrove Road
2. This By-law shall not come into force unless it is approved by the Council of
The Regional Municipality of Durham pursuant to the Regional Municipality of
Durham Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.434, s.40.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of
October, 1988.
