Being a by-law to
By-law, respecting
M-1221, Pickering.
repeal a Part Lot Control
Blocks 1-8, inclusive, Plan
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1980, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 1464/82 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finaily passed this 3rd day of
October, 1988.
