BY-LAW NUMBER 2838/88
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3037, as amended by By-law
1505/82, to implement the Official Plan ol the Town of Pickering District Planning Area,
Region of Durham on Part of Lot 13~ Plan 12 in the Town of Picketing. (A 76/87)
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of tile Town of Pickering passed By-law 1505/82
amending By-law 3037~ to permit the establishment ol a day nursery with a maximum capacity
of forty (q0) children on the subject lands, being Part of Lot 13, Plan 12 in the Town of
Pickering;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering now deems it
desirable to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3037, as amended by By-law 1505/82, to
increase the maximum capacity of a day nursery on the subject lands to fifty-five (55) children;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
I. TEXT AMENDMENT
Section g. 3./(l) of By-law 3037 is hereby amended by replacing the number forty (q0)
therein with the number fifty-five (55).
2. EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing hereof subject to the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board, if required.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 2nd DAY OF August , 19gg.
READ A THIRD TIME AND PASSED THIS 2nd DAY OF August , 1988.
