BY-LAW NO. 2769/88
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 20,
Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 1,
Plan 40R-9456 and Part 7, Plan 40R-5511 (save
and except Part 1, Plan 40R-9456, Parts 3, 5,
15, 16 and 17, Plan 40R-]0167 and Part 1, Plan
40R-11090).
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 298(1)(a) of the Municipal Act,
R.S.O. 1980, c.302, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering may
pass by-laws for establishing and laying out highways;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 20, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part l, Plan
40R-9456, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Alliance Road).
2. That part of Lot 20, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 7, Plan
40R-5511, save and except,
(a) Part 1, Plan 40R-9456,
(b) Parts 3, 5, 8, ]5, 16 and 17, Plan 40R-10167, and
(c) Part 1, Plan 40R-11090,
is hereby dedicated as public highway (Alliance Road).
By-law 2559/87 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of May,
1988.
