BY-LAW NO.2735 /88
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 110 and 111,
Plan 40M-1472, Pickering, as public highway.
(Amberlea Road, Saugeen Drive)
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 110 and
111, Plan 40M-1472, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 110, Plan 40M-1472, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Amberlea Road)
2. Block 111, Plan 40M-1472, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Saugeen Drive)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
March, 1988.
