BY-LAW NO.2732 /88
Being a by-law to dedicate Part Lot 94, Plan 350,
Picketing, (Part 5, Plan 40R-9610) as public
highway. (Dahlia Crescent)
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Part Lot 94, Plan
350, Picketing, (Part 5, Plan 40R-9610) and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Part Lot 94, Plan 350, Pickering (Part 5, Plan 40R-9610) is hereby dedicated as
public highway. (Dahlia Crescent)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
March, 1988.
