Being a by-law to dedicate Block 77, Plan
40M-1416, Pickering, as public highway.

WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 77, Plan
40M-1416, Picketing and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Block 77, Plan 40M-1416, Picketing is hereby dedicated as public highway.

BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
March, 1988.
