Being a by-law to dedicate Block 131, Plan
40M-1379, Pickering, as public highway. (Major
Oaks Road)
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 131, Plan
40M-1379, Picketing and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 131, Plan 40M-1379, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(major Oaks Road)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2Ist day of
March, 1988.
