BY-LAW NO.2707 /88
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 79 and 85, Plan
40M-1272, Pickering, as public highway (Ramble-
berry Avenue, Rawlings Drive/Rambleberry
Avenue) .
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 79 and
85, Plan 40M-1272, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 79, Plan 40M-1272, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Rambleberry Avenue)
2. Block 85, Plan 40M-1272, Picketing is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Rawlings Drive/Rambleberry Avenue)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
March, 1988.
