BY-LAW NUMBER 2690/88
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2366/87
designating Beaton Way and Duberry Drive
as through highways
WHEREAS By-law 2366/87, as amended, designates certain highways within
the Town of Pickering as through highways; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2366/87 to designate
Beaton Way and Duberry Drive as through highways;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 2366/87, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding the following:
COLUMN I COLUMN II
Highway From To
Beaton Way Duberry Drive Major Oaks Road
Duberry Drive Southerly terminus Major Oaks Road
Duberry Drive Major Oaks Road Denby Drive
2. This by-law shall come into force on the date that it is approved
by the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW Read a first, second and third time and PASSED this 15th day of
January, 1988.
