BY-LAW NUMBER 2678/88
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87 to prohibit
parking on Tatra Drive, Poprad Avenue and Sangro Lane
for certain periods.
WHEREAS By-law 2359/87 provides for the regulating of parking, standing
and stopping on highways or parts of highways under the jurisdiction of
the Corporation of the 7own of Pickering and on private and municipal
property; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to prohibit parking on Poprad Avenue,
Tatra Drive and Sangro Lane on Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00
a.m.;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "B" to By-law 2359/87 is hereby amended by adding thereto
the fol 1 owing:
Poprad Avenue North and Tatra Drive and 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
South the west limit Monday to Friday
of Poprad Avenue
Sangro Lane East and Tatra Drive and 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
West Poprad Avenue Monday to Friday
Tatra Drive South Naroch Boulevard 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
and )<rosno Monday to Friday
Boulevard
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally PASSED this 15th
day of February, 1988.
