BY-LAW NO. 2654[88
Being a By-Law to dedicate Block 90, Plan
40M-1419, Pickering, as public highway (Fernam
Street).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 90, Plan
40M-1419, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 90, Plan 40M-1419, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Fernam Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18~h day of
January, 1988.
