BY-LAW NO. 2653
Being a By-Law to dedicate Blocks 107, 108, 109
and 110, Plan 40M-1362, Pickering, as public
highway (Rosebank Road, Greenvale Crescent,
Kirkwood Lane, Highview Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 107, 108,
109 and 110, Plan 40M-1362, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate them as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 107, Plan 40M-1362, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Rosebank Road).
2. Block 108, Plan 40M-1362, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Greenvale Crescent).
3. Block 109, Plan 40M-1362, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Kirkwood Lane).
4. Block 110, Plan 40M-1362, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Highview Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 181ah day of
January, 1988.
