BY-LAW NO. 5851/01
Being a by-law to dedicate that portion of the Road
Allowance between Lots 34 and 35, Concession 3,
Pickering, being described as the "Exception in
Paragraph 18 of By-law 800", as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner that portion of the Road Allowance
between Lots 34 and 35, Concession 3, Pickering being described as the Exception in Paragraph 18 of
By-law 800 and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
That portion of the Road Allowance between Lots 34 and 35, Concession 3, Picketing, being
described as the Exception in Paragraph 18 of By-law 800 (registered as Instrument No.
PI22182) is hereby dedicated as public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of June, 2001.
