BY-LAW NO. 5783/00
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 5764/00
to licence and regulate body-mb parlours in the
City of Picketing.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the City of Picketing enacted By-law Number
5764/00 on October 16, 2000 to licence and regulate body-mb parlours in the City of Picketing;
and
WHEREAS it is deemed expediem to amend By-law Number 5764/00 to define an area in which
a body-mb parlour may operate;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
By-law Number 5764/00 is hereby amended by adding thereto Schedule "B" which is set
out in Schedule "I" to this By-law.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of December, 2000.
