BY-LAW NO. 5777/00
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 9, Plan 40M-
1906 (Pinegrove Avenue) as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of Block 9, Plan 40M-1906,
Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Block 9, Plan 40M-1906, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway (Pinegrove
Avenue).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of November, 2000.
