Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87
regulating parking, standing and stopping on
highways and on private and municipal property.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, sections 218.52, 210.73,
210.123-126, 210.131, 310, 314.7 and 314.8, the Council of the Corporation of the City of
Picketing enacted By-law 2359/87 regulating parking, standing and stopping on highways and on
private and on municipal property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Schedule B to By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following items:
Highway Side Between/And Prohibited Times and
Days
Glenanna Road North Bowler Drive and Dixie Road See Note 1'*
Glenanna Road South 27 metres west of Walnut Lane See Note 1'*
and 20 metres east of Walnut
Lane
GlenannaRoad South 27 metres west of Listowell See Notel**
Crescent and 20 metres east of
Listowell Crescent
GlenannaRoad South 31 metres west of Storfington See Note 1'*
Street and 20 metres east of
Storrington Street
Schedule B to By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following items:
Highway Side Between/And Prohibited Times and
Days
Glenanna Road North Listowell Crescent and Dixie See Note 1'*
Road
Glenanna Road South 27 metres west of Walnut Lane See Note 1'*
and 20 metres east of
Storrington Street
** Unless otherwise specified, the parking prohibitions above shall be in effect twenty-four (24)
hours per day, year round.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of September, 2000.
