BY-LAW NO. 5664/00
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87 regulating parking,
standing and stopping on highways and on private and
municipal property.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, sections 210.52, 210.73, 210.124-126,
210.131, 310, 314.7 and 314.8, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering enacted By-law 2359/87
regulating parking, standing and stopping on highways and on private and municipal property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Schedule I to By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following
items:
Major Oaks Road
Greenmount Street
Denvale Drive
This By-law shall not come into force unless it is approved by the Council of The Regional Municipality
of Durham pursuant to the Regional Municipalities Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter R.8, section 34.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 1 st day of May, 2000.
