BY-LAW NUMBER 4130/92
Being a By-law to amend By-law 4005/92 to delete the "(H)" holding symbol and
related text therefrom.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter p. 13, the
Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering, on June 1, 1992, enacted By-law
4005/92, which amended Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, rezoning certain lands in
Part of Lot 26, Concession 1, in the Town of P~ckering and imposing an "(H)" holding
symbol thereon;
AND WHEREAS the preconditions set out in Clause 5.(2)(c) of By-law 4005/92 to an
amendment to remove the "(H)" holding symbol have been met;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENAC-q~ AS FOLLOWS:
1. Clause 5.(2) of By-law 4005/92 is hereby repealed.
2. Schedule I to By-law 4005/92 is hereby amended by removing the "(H)" holding
symbol preceeding the zone category "R3(DN-PS)" thereon.
