BY-LAW NUMBER 4128/92
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number
3917/92 to provide for appointments to
the Site Plan Committee.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering enacted By-law Number 3917/92 on January 20,
1992 to appoint persons to various agencies, boards and
committees; and
WHEREAS the term of office for the appointees to the Site
Plan Committee expires on November 30, 1992;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 16 of By-law 3917/92 is hereby amended by
deleting herefrom the following:
The following persons are hereby appointed to the Site
Plan Committee for a term to expire on November 30,
1992:
Councillor Johnson
Councillor Wellman
and substituting therefore the following:
The following persons are hereby appointed to the Site
Plan Committee for a term to expire on November 30,
1993:
Councillor Johnson
Councillor Wellman
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally
passed this 7th day of December, 1992.
