No person shall within the lands designated '61-10", "S2-
8', #S2-9', 'S3-3", 'S3-4', 'S4-2' on Schedule I attached
hereto use any lot or erect, alter or use any building or
structure for any purpose except the following~

attached hereto use any lot or erect, alter or use any buHdmg or structure
for any purpose except the following:
(i) cor,~ervation of the natural environment, soil, nnd wildlife
(ii) resource management
(b) ~ ('OS-HL-I' Zone)
No buildings or structures s.h. all be erected, nor any existing buildings_ or
structures be enlarged, modd~ed or changed, no.r ihall fill be placed or
removed except for purposes of flood and erce~on control or resource
management.
O) (a) ~ ('OS.HL-2' Zone)
No person shall within the lands designated 'OS-HL-2'.on Schedule I
_attaChed hereto use any.lot, o.r, ere. ct, alter or use any building or structure

l~-law 3036, aa amended, is hereby further amended only to the extent necessary to
sve effect to the prowsion$ of this By law aa tt applies to the.~ea set out m Sche. dule I
attached hereto. Definitions and-subject ma.tiers not specifically dealt with m this
By-law shall be governed by the relevant provisions of By-law 3036, aa amended.
(1) any person who contravenes...any of the provid0ns of this By-law is guilty of an
offence and on conwct~on ~s hable,
(a) on a first conviction to a fine of not more than $20,000;, and
on a subsequent conviction .to a fine of not more than $10,000 for each
day or p.ar.t thereof upon wh,c.h the contravention has continued after the
day on which he was first convmed.
(2) Where a co.rporation is convicted under subsection (1), the maximum penalty
that may be Imposed is,
(n) on .~ first conviction a fi.-.', of not more than $50,000; and
on a subsequent convictio, n a fine of not more than $25,000 for each day
or part thereo, f upon wh:ch the contravention, has been continued after
the day on wh:ch the corporation was first convacted;
and not as provided in subsection (1).
8. F2~F~RI2fi~
This By-law shall take effect from the day of approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
