BY-LAW NO. 4075/92
Being a by-law to authorize the execution ora Release of
an Agreement respecting Part Lot 15, Plan 329,
Pickering (John James MacLeod).
WHEREAS it is necessary to remove from title an Agreement between the Township of Picketing and
$ohn James MacLeod dated October 29, 1970 and registered November 12, 1970 as Instrument No.
203394;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release, in the form attached hereto as
Schedule A, of an Agreement dated October 29, 1970 and registered November 12, 1970 as
Instrument No. 203394 respecting Part Lot 15, Plan 329, Pickering.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of August, 1992.

may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as a result of or in any way related to an Agreement dated
October 29, 1970 and registered as Instrument No.203394 on November 12, 1970, between

concerning that part of Lot 15, Plan 329, Picketing, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southeasterly angle of said Lot 15;
THENCE in a northerly direction along the southerly limit of said Lot 15 a distance of 125 feet to a
point;
THENCE westerly in a straight linc paxallel to thc southerly limit of said Lot 15 a distance of 150.12
feet more or less to a point in the westerly limit of the said Lot 15 which said point lics 125 feet
northerly from the southwesterly angle of said lot;
THENCE southerly along thc westerly limit of said lot to the southwesterly angle thereof;
THENCE easterly along the southerly limit of said lot a distance of 150.17 feet more or less to thc point
of commencement;

WHEREAS the Committee of Adjustment of the Township of
Pickezing has given its consent to a conveyance of pazt of the
lands of the ownex subject to the ownez enteiing into an agxee-
ment with the Township setting foztb the conditions in the
decision xelating to wateI supply, sewage disposal and lot
g~ading to be completed by the ownez pxioz to a building pexmit
being issued;
N~W THEREFORE WIThESSETH that in consideration of othez
good and valuable considexation and the sum of TWO ($2.00)
DOLLARS of lawful money of Canada the ownez hexeby covenants and
agxees with the Township that:
1. He 'will Dot apply foe the issuance of a building pezmit
with xespect to the lands desczibed in Schedule "A" annexed
hexeto and foxming paxt of this agzeement until he has ~zouided
the Township Building Inspectoz with the approval in w~iting
fxom the Medical Officex of Health fox the watez supply system
and the sewage disposal system to be installed to sexvice any
dwelling to be ezected on the said land.
2. He will Dot apply foe the issuance of a building
pe~mi~ with zespec% to the said lands desczibed in the said
Schedule "A" until be has agxeed to grade the said lands to the
satisfaction of the Township Enginee~ and posted a bond in an
amount not exceeding $500.00 guaxanteeing peifoxmance of the lot
gzading appzoved by the said Township Engineez.
3. He will obtain similar covenants to the covenants set
ou~ in the pa~agzaphs numbexed 1 and 2 bexein fznm any subsequent
