BY-LAW NO. 4026/92
Being a by-law to amend By-law 1416/82 providing for
the regulation and licensing of places of amusement on
Edmund Drive and Xutzdown Crescent.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. M.45, s.236.6, the
Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-law 1416/82 providing for the
regulation and licensing of places of amusement;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
I. Schedule A of By-law 1416/82, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following items:
Edmund Drive and Sundown Crescent
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of June, 1992.
