BY-LAWNO. 4018/92 _
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Release of
the Agreement respecting that part of Lot 30, Range 3,
B.F.C., Pickering, now comprising Block 160, Plan
40M-1457, Picketing.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to remove from title an Agreement between Ernest L. Stroud and the Town
dated May 16, 1977 and registered May 16, 1977 as Instrument Nmnber D46939;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release in the form attached hereto as
Schedule A, of an Agreement dated May 16, 1977 and registered May 16, 1977 as lnstmmem
Number D46939, between Ernest L. Stroud and The Corporation of the Town of Pickering,
respecting that part of Lot 30, Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering, now comprising Block 160, Plan
40M-1437, Pickering.
2. Schedule A hereto forms part of this By-law.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third thne and finally passed this 15th day of June, 1992.

actions or causes of action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as a result of or in any way
related to an Agreement dated May 16, 1977 and registered as Instrument Number D46939 on May 16,
1977, between
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
and
ERNEST L. STROUD
as it affects that part of Lot 30, Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering, now comprising Block 160, Plan 40M-1437,
Picketing.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Town has hereunto affixed its corporate seal, attested to by its properly
authorized officers.
