BY-LAW NO. 3998/92
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 5, Concession
9, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-1997, as
public highway (Sideline 4).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 5, Concession 9,
Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-1997 and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That pa~t of Lot 5, Concession 9, Pickering designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-1997, is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Sideline 4).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third thne and finally passed this 19th day of May, 1992.
