Being a by-law to antend By-law 1416/82 providing for
the regulation and licensing of places of amusement on
Post Drive.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. M.45, s.236.6, the
Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 1416/82 provkling for the
regulation and licensing of places of amusement;
NOW. THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule A of By-law 1416/82, as amended, is hereby fu~her amended by adding thereto the
followh~g item:
Post Drive
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 23rd day of March, 1992.
