Being a by-law to change the name of Forsyth Lane to
Wildwood Crescent itt Plan 40M-1488, ?ickering.
WHEREAS pursuant to section 210.11 i of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, the council
of a local municipality may pass by-laws for giving names to or changing the names of highways on
public property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Forsyth Lane in Plan 40M-1488, Pickering, is renamed "Wildwood Crescent".
2. This by-law shall take effect upon the registration of a certified copy thereof in the Land Titles
Office for the Registry Division of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 3rd day of February, 1992.
