BY-LAW NUMBER 3911/92
Being a by-law to amend By-law 264/75 to
establish a a 40 kilometre per hour speed
limit on Liverpool Road and on the
Uxbridge/Pickering Townline Road
Whereas By-law 264/75 allows Council to authorize speed limits on
highways under the jurisdiction of the Town of Pickering; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to establish the speed limit on Liverpool
Road and on the Uxbridge/Pickering Townline Road;
Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
Hereby Enacts as follows:
1. Schedule "A" of By-law 264/75, is hereby amended by adding the
following:
From To
Liverpool Road Bushmill Street North terminus of
Liverpool Road
Uxbridge/Pickering Sideline Road 28 Sideline Road 30
Townline
2. This by-law shall take effect upon approval by the Regional
Municipality of Durham.
By-law read a first, second and third time and Passed this 20th day
of January , 1992.
