BY-LAW 4357/93
Being a by-law to appoint C M. Timothy Sheffield as Town
Manager and Thomas ~ Quinn as Executive Director,
Operations, effective December 1, 1993.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 207.45 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990,
chapter M.45, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering may pass by-laws for
appointing such officers and employees as may be necessary for the purposes of the Corporation;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
I. C.M. Timothy Sheffield is hereby appointed Town Manager of The Corporation of the
Town of Picketing, effective December I, 1993.
2. Thomas 3. Quinn is hereby appointed Executive Director, Operations, of The Corporation
of the Town of Pickering, effective December 1, 1993.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 22nd day of November, 1993.
