BY-LAW NUMBER 4339/93
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number
2359/87 (Parking) with respect to parking
within 2 metres of a driveway or laneway.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law
Number 2359/87 on January 19. 1987 to provide for the regulating of parking, standing
and stopping on highways or parts of highways under the jurisdiction of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering and on private and municipal property; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law Number 2359/87 to delete the
restriction of parking within two metres of a driveway or [aneway;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 3(5)(a) of By-law 2359/87 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
words "or within 2 metres
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 1st day of November.
