Being a by-law to appoint a By-law Enforcement
Officer for certain purposes (Parking
Regulation): Ontario Condominium Corporation #2,
Ontario Condominium Corporation #11, Durham
Condominium Corporation #58, Durham Condominium
Corporation #51, Durham Condominium Corporation
#19, Durham Condominium Corporation #52, Durham
Condominium Corporation #60, Durham Condominium
Corporation #42.
Whereas pursuant to the provision of section 15(1) of the Police
Services Act., R.S.O. 1990, chapter P15, as amended, the council of
any municipality or trustees of any police village may appoint one or
more municipal law enforcement officers who shall be peace officers
for the purpose of enforcing the by-laws of the municipality or
police village;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The following person is hereby appointed as a by-law
enforcement officer in and for the Town of Picketing and is
hereby authorized to enter at all reasonable times upon lands
municipally known as 1235 Radom Street-OCC #11, 1975 Rosefteld
Rd.-DCC #58, 1958 Rosefield Rd.-DCC #51, 1210 Radom St.-DCC
#19, 924 Bayly St.-OCC #2, 580 Eyer Dr.-DCC #52, 1915 Denmar
Dr.-DCC #60, 1310 Fieldlight Blvd.-DCC #42, in order to
ascertain whether the provisions of By-law 2359/87 are obeyed
and to enforce or carry into effect the said By-law:

3. The authority granted in section 1 hereto is specifically
limited to that set out in section 1, and shall not be deemed,
at any time, to exceed the authority set out in section 1.
4. This appointment shall expire upon the person appointed in
Section 1 hereof ceasing to be an employee of Group 4 CPS
Limited or upon Group 4 CPS Limited ceasing to be an authorized
agent of Ontario Condominium Corporation #2, Ontario
Condominium Corporation #11, Durham Condominium Corporation
#58, Durham Condominium Corporation #51, Durham Condominium
Corporation #19, Durham Condominium Corporation #52, Durham
Condominium Corporation #60, Durham Condominium Corporation
#42, whichever shall occur first.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this day of 1993.
