BY-LAW NO. 47,27/93
Being a by-law to amend By-law 4095/92 stopping-up
and closing Penny Lane, Plan M-997, Pickering, as
public highway and authorizing the sale of parts thereof
and of Block XH, Plan M-997, Picketing, to the abutting
owners.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 263 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45,
the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 4095/92, providing for the
stopping-up and closing of Penny Lane, Plan M-997, Pickering, as public highway and authorizing the
sale of parts thereof and of Block XH, Plan M-997, Picketing, to the abutting owners; and
WHEREAS it is necessary to amend that By-law in certain respects;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Subsection (1) of section 4 of By-Law 4095/92 is hereby amended by replacing the date
"January 31, 1993" with "January 31, 1994".
2. Subsection (2) of section 4 of By-Law 4095/92 is hereby amended by replacing the date
"February 1, 1993" with "Febmaxy 1, 1994" in the second line and by replacing the date
"March 1, 1993" with "March 1, 1994" in the third line.
