BY-LAW NO. 4323/93
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26,
27, 28 and 29, Plan 40M-1735, Pickering, fi'om part lot
control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13, the
council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain
lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
I. Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the lands
described as follows:
Lots 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29, Plan 40M-1735, Picketing.
2. This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of October, 1993.
