BY-LAW NO. 4315/93
Being a by-law to dedicate that Part of Lot 77, Plan 492,
Pickering, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-13587, as
public highway (Glenanna Road road widening).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of that part of Lot 77, Plan 492,
Picketing, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-13587 and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 77, Plan 492, Picketing, designated as Pan 3, Plan 40R-13587 is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Glenanna Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of September, 1993.
