BY-LAW NO. 4274/93
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of Transfers of
storm sewer easements from John Raymond Midlane and
Patricia Midlane and from Barbara Norris to The
Corporation of the Town of Pickering over those parts of
Lots 8 and 13, Plan 40M-1427, Pickering, designated as
Parts 2, 5, 7, 9 and 11, Plan 40R-14553.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing requires a storm sewer easement over those parts
of Lots 8 and 13, Plan 40M-1427, Picketing, designated as Parts 2, 5, 7, 9 and 11, Plan 40R-14553, for
the purpose of draining storm water through Plan 40M-1427, Pickering, and pursuant to the provisions
of section 191 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. M.45, the Council of The Corporation of the
Town of Picketing may pass by-laws for acquiring interests in lands;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of storm sewer easement, in
the form attached hereto as Schedule A, from John Raymond Midlane and Patricia Midlane to
The Corporation of the Town of Picketing over those parts of Lot 8, Plan 40M-1427, Pickering,
designated as Parts 5, 7, 9 and 11, Plan 40R-14553.
2. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of storm sewer easement, in
the form attached hereto as Schedule B, from Barbara Norris to The Corporation of the Town
of Picketing over that part of Lot 13, Plan 40M-1427, Picker'mg, designated as Part 2, Plan
40R-14553.
