BY-LAW NO. 4248/93
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359187 regulating
parking, standing and stopping on highways and on
private and municipal property (Hoover Drive).
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. M.45, s.210.52,
210.73, 210,124-126, 210.131, 310, 314.8, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing
enacted By-law 2359/87 regulating parking, standing and stopping on highways and on private and
municipal property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule I of By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following item:
Hoover Drive
By-law read a f~rst, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of Sune, 1993.
