BY-LAW NO. 4215/93
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Release
and Discharge of the Servicing Agreement, and
amendment thereto, respecting parts of Lots 23 and 24,
Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Parts 1-3, Plan
40R-9889 and Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-10571.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, section 51 and as a condition of
the approval of Land Division Committee Applications LD496-7/86, Bramalea Limited and Armor
Elevator Canada Limited (now 117884 Canada Inc.) entered into a Servicing Agreement with The
Corporation of the Town of Picketing which Agreement is dated February 16, 1987 and registered on
title on April 14, 1987 as Instrument No. D245947, as amended by the Agreement dated March 7, 1988
and registered on title on March 25, 1988 as Instrument No. D274767, respecting the development of
parts of Lots 23 and 24, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Parts 1-3, Plan 40R-9889 and Parts 1
and 2, Plan 40R-10571; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of that Agreement, as amended, have been complied with to the
satisfaction of the Town;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release and Discharge, in the form attached
hereto as Schedules A and B, of:
1. an Agreement between Bramalea Limited and Armor Elevator Canada Limited (now 117884
Canada Inc.) and The Corporation of the Town of Picketing dated February 16, 1987 and
registered on title on April 14, 1987 as Instrument No. D245947 respecting parts of Lots 23 and
24, Concession 1, Picketing designated as Parts 1-3, Plan 40R-9889;
2. an Amending Agreement between Bramalea Linaited and The Corporation of the Town of
Picketing dated March 7, 1988 and registered on title on March 25, 1988 as Instrument No.
D274767, respecting parts of Lot 24, Concession 1, Picketing, designated as Parts 1 and 2, Plan
40R-10571.
Schedule A and B hereto form part of this by-law.
BY-LAW read a fu:st, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of May, 1993.

which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as a result of or in any way related to an Agreement
dated February 16, 1987 and registered April 14, 1987 as Instrumem No. D245947, between

conceming those parts of Lots 23 and 24, Concession 1, Picketing, designated as Parts 1-3, Plan

IN WITNESS WHEREOF The Corporation of the Town of Picketing has hereunto afftxed its corporate
seal attested by its properly authorized officers this 3rd day of May, 1993.

Agreement dated March 7, 1988 and registered May 25, 1988 as Instrument No. D274767, between

BRAMALEA LIMITED
concerning those parts of Lot 24, Concession 1, Pi. ckering, designated as Pans 1 and 2, Plan 40R-10571.
