BY-LAW NUMBER 4208/93
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area Zoning By-law 3385/90,
which amended Restricted Area ZoningBy-law 3036, as amended,
to implement the Official Plan of the Town of Pickering District
Planning Area, Region of Durham in Lot 21, Concession 2
(Parts 2-6, 40R-12777). (A 6/90)
~/ItEREAS the Council of the Corporation of,the Town of Pickering passed By-law 3385/90,
amending By-law 3036 to permit the residential development of lands being Part of Lot 21,
Concession 2 in the Town of Picketing;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing now deems it
desirable to amend By-law 3385/90, to permit the development of five detached dwellings on
the subject lands being Part of Lot 21, Concession 2 in the Town of Pickering;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENAC'I~ AS FOLLOWS:
1. SCHEDULE AMENDMENT
Schedule I to By-law 3385/90 is hereby amended by adding thereto the lands zoned "SI"
and the lands zoned "OS-HL" on Schedule A attached hereto.
2. EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing hereof subject to the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board, if required.

READ A THIRD TIME AND PASSED THIS 19th DAY OF April ,1993.
