BY-LAW NUMBER 4168/93
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number
2439/87 to regulate signs in the Town
of Picketing.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Picketing enacted By-law Number 2439/87 on April 6, 1987
to regulate signs in the Town of Pickering; and
W~EREAS it is deemed expedient to amend this By-law to
provide for an increased sign permit;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 5(2) of By-law Number 2439/87 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
"The fee payable for a permit thereof, for each
individual sign shall be $25.00."
and substituting therefor the following:
"The fee payable for a permit thereof, for each
individual sign shall be $50.00".
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally
passed this 15th day of February, 1993.
