Being a by-law to exempt Lots I, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and
Blocks 38, 39 and 40, Plat; 40M-1700, Pickering, fi'om
part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, the
council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain
lands within a plan of subdivision designated ha the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the lands
described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 mad Blocks 38, 39 and 40, Plan 40M~1700, Pickering.
2. This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of February, 1993.
