HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 5609/00THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 5609/00 Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87 regulating parking, standing and stopping on highways and on private and municipal property. WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, sections 218.52, 210.73, 210.123-126, 210.131, 310, 314.7 and 314.8, the Council of the Corporation of the City of Picketing enacted By-law 2359/87 regulating parking, standing and stopping on highways and on private and on municipal property; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the City of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Schedule B to By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following items: Highway Side Between/And Prohibited Times and Days Sandy Beach Road West 115 metres north of Bayly SeeNotel** Street (Regional Road 22) and the north terminus of Sandy Beach Road Sandy BeachRoad East Alliance Road and 25 metres See Note 1'* south of Alliance Road Alliance Road South Sandy Beach Road to 25 metres See Note 1'* east of Sandy Beach Road Sandy Beach Road to Bayly Alliance Road North Street (Regional Road 22) See Note 1'* ** Unless otherwise specified, the parking prohibitions above shall be in effect twenty-four (24) hours per day, year round.
