BY-LAW NO. 5 60 6/00.
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 94, 100, 101,
102 and 103, Plan 40M-1969, Pickering, from
part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990,
chapter P. 13, the Council of the municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the
Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the
lands described as follows:
Lots 94, 100, 101,102 and 103, Plan 40M-1969, Picketing.
This by-law shall remain in force and effect for a period of six months from the date
of the passing of this by-law and shall expire on July 17, 2000.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of January, 2000.
