BY-LAW NO. 5593 /99
Being a by-law to name those parts of Lot 20,
Concession 8, Pickering, designated as Parts 6
and 8, Plan 4OR-17520 (Acorn Lane).
WHEREAS pursuant to section 210.111 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, the
council of a local municipality may pass by-laws for giving names to or changing the names of
highways on public property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The road comprising those parts of Lot 20, Concession 8, Pickering, designated as Parts 6
and 8, Plan 40R-17520 are hereby named Acorn Lane.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of December, 1999.
