BY-LAW NO. 5538/99
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 122, Plan 40M-
1312, Pickering, (Amaretto Avenue) as public
highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 122, Plan 40M-
1312 Pickering, and wishes to dedicate it as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Block 122, Plan 40M-1312, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Amaretto
Avenue).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of August, 1999.
