BY-LAW NO. 5534/99
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 1 to 14, inclusive, Plan 40M-
1918, Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13, the council
of the municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a
plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the lands described as
follows:
Lots 1 to 14, inclusive, Plan 40M- 1918, Pickering.
This by-law shall remain in force and effect for a period of six months from the date of the passing of
this by-law and shall expire on January 20, 2000.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of July, 1999.
