BY-LAW NO. 5 4 7 0 / 9 9
Being a by-law to dedicate that Part of Lot 33,
Concession 2, Pickering, designated as Part 12,
Plan 40R-1871 (Road Allowance between Lots 2
and 3) ~hird Concession Road) as public
highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that Part of Lot 33,
Concession 2, Pickering, designated as Part 12, Plan 40R-1871, designated as Part 12, Plan 40R-
1871 and wishes to dedicate it as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That part of Lot 33, Concession 2, Pickering, designated as Part 12, Plan 40R-1871 is
hereby dedicated as public highway (Third Concession Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 8t:h day of March, 1999.
