Being a by-law to dedicate Block 23, Plan 40M-1482,
Pickering, as public highway (Brock Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 23, Plan 40M-1482,
Pickering, (Brock Road) and wishes to dedicate it as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 23, Plan 40M-1482, Pickering, (Brock Road) is hereby dedicated as public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 1st day of March, 1999.
